The measures to protect against the spread of the corona virus hit the trade fair industry very hard this year. Many shows need to be canceled. But now the skies are clear again. The Bavarian Government announces that trade fairs can be hold starting from the 1st of September 2020. Also for the worst case of a second COVID19 wave eMove360 ist prepared. “However, if the worst case arises that the fair can no longer be held this year, we have found a regulation that protects our exhibitors from financial losses. Legally, in the event of force majeure – such as a cancellation due to a ban on events – all exhibitors would have to pay for their ordered stands and would have to bear the full loss. In this unlikely event, however, we will postpone this year’s fair to the scheduled date for the coming year (October 26-28, 2021). All stands booked for 2020, including participation fees, will then be transferred to the 2021 trade fair.” Robert Metzger says.
