David Sultzer will take over as General Manager NIO Germany from Marius Hayler, who is stepping down from his role for personal reasons. Sultzer is currently Regional Manager East for NIO Germany. He joined the company in September 2023. Since then, he has already successfully demonstrated the expansion of the brand in Eastern Germany. Born in France and raised in Germany, he has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry in the premium manufacturer sector and has held various positions in Germany and abroad, for example at Volkswagen and BCA Deutschland GmbH. Most recently, he was Head of Direct Sales Field Service at Genesis Motor Germany.
